- 2 pounds green beans fresh trimmed
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- Cook beans in boiling salted water 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes or until butter begins to brown.
- Add green beans, and saut until tender. Stir in grape tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
