  • 10 servings basil fresh shredded
  • oz basil fresh ( 3 cups)
  •  garlic clove chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.8 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • tablespoons pinenuts 
  • 10 servings fries 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 16 oz cream sour
  • teaspoon sugar 

Equipment

  • bowl
  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Heat pine nuts in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes or until toasted. Cool 15 minutes.
  2. Process pine nuts, basil, and next 6 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
  4. Garnish, if desired.
  5. Serve with Spooky Chips.
