Ingredients
- 10 servings garnish: basil fresh shredded

- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 2 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
- 0.8 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 3 tablespoons pinenuts
- 10 servings spooky chips
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz cup heavy whipping cream sour
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
- Heat pine nuts in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes or until toasted. Cool 15 minutes.
- Process pine nuts, basil, and next 6 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.
