Ingredients

  • tablespoons basil fresh packed chopped ()
  • tablespoons optional: dill fresh packed chopped ()
  • tablespoon mint leaves fresh packed chopped ()
  • tablespoons spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise light ()
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce hot
  • 0.8 cup yogurt plain ()
  • teaspoon red wine vinegar 
  • cup watercress packed ()

Directions

  1. Cook watercress in medium saucepan of boiling water 30 seconds.
  2. Drain. Rinse watercress under cold water.
  3. Drain again. Pat watercress dry with paper towels.
  4. Transfer watercress to blender.
  5. Add 3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt and all remaining ingredients and puree until smooth, thinning with more yogurt or water, if desired.
  6. Transfer dressing to bowl. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
