  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • clove garlic crushed
  • teaspoon honey 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.7 cup olive oil 
  • tablespoon paprika hot
  • oz the of 1 cos lettuce 
  • servings salt and pepper 
  •  bell pepper yellow seeded sliced

Directions

  1. Make salad: Toss salad ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Make dressing: In a blender, mix juice, honey, paprika, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Drizzle in oil while blending. Toss salad with 3 Tbsp. dressing; refrigerate leftover.
