  •  radishes red sliced
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  •  hearts romaine chopped

  • cup snap peas fresh chopped
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine chopped romaine, baby greens, radishes, snap peas, and scallions in a large salad bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, sugar and relish in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk in oil in a slow stream. Toss salad with dressing. Season salad with salt and pepper, to your taste and serve.
