  • 0.5 cup cider vinegar 
  • cloves garlic chopped ()
  • inch ginger chopped ()
  • pound tomatoes green peeled chopped ( and )
  •  jalapeños sliced ()
  • 0.5 cup herbs such as mint and cilantro chopped ()
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • cups sugar
