This vegetarian and gluten-free dish is not only quick to prepare, taking just 20 minutes, but it also serves up to 8 people, making it an ideal choice for gatherings or family meals.

Imagine the sweet aroma of Gala apples grilling to perfection, their natural sugars caramelizing as they become crisp-tender on the grill. Paired with the freshness of baby spinach and spring greens, this salad is a vibrant celebration of seasonal produce. The addition of toasted pecan halves adds a satisfying crunch, while the extra-sharp white Cheddar cheese introduces a rich, savory note that beautifully complements the sweetness of the apples.

To elevate this dish further, we drizzle it with a luscious Brown Sugar-Cider Vinaigrette, which ties all the flavors together with its sweet and tangy profile. Whether you're looking for a refreshing side dish, a light starter, or a unique antipasti option, this Grilled Apple Salad is sure to impress your guests and leave them craving more. Enjoy the perfect balance of health and indulgence in every bite!
