  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • large apples cored cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • cups the salad 
  • 10.6 oz vanilla yogurt 
  • tablespoons walnut pieces toasted chopped
  • serving ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. In large bowl, mix melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  3. Add apple slices; stir until apples are well coated.
  4. Place apples on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook apples 5 minutes. Turn apples; grill 3 to 5 minutes longer or until apples are desired tenderness.
  5. Divide greens evenly among 4 serving plates. Divide apples evenly over greens. Top each with half a container (about 1/4 cup) yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle with walnuts and additional cinnamon.
