  • 1.5 cups bean sprouts 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper strips red
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • pound flank steak lean
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup seasoned rice vinegar

Directions

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper. Prepare grill or broiler.
  3. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  4. Cut steak across grain into thin slices; cut slices into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.
  5. Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients (vinegar through red pepper) in a small bowl.
  6. Combine steak, lettuce, bean sprouts, and bell pepper in a large bowl; toss well.
  7. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat.
