Ingredients

  • pound sirloin steak 
  • teaspoons chili powder 
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • servings guacamole 
  • medium onion sliced
  • medium bell pepper green red sliced
  • cups the of 1 cos lettuce 
  • 14 ounces salsa refrigerated ()
  • servings cream sour
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  2. Mix all Salsa Dressing ingredients; set aside.
  3. Mix chili powder, cumin and garlic salt.
  4. Sprinkle mixture over both sides of beef.
  5. Place bell peppers and onion in grill basket. Cover and grill beef and vegetables 3 to 4 inches from medium heat about 5 minutes for medium-rare or about 7 minutes for medium; turn. Grill 5 to 7 minutes longer or until desired beef doneness.
  6. In large bowl, toss lettuce, grilled peppers and onion with half of the dressing.
  7. Cut beef diagonally into 1/2-inch slices; place on salad.
  8. Serve with remaining dressing, guacamole and sour cream.
