  • 0.8 pound ground bison 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon zest fresh
  • tablespoons mint leaves divided chopped
  • tablespoons parsley finely chopped
  • 10 ounce peas frozen thawed
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Soak 12 wooden skewers 20 minutes.
