  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 0.3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
  • lb salmon fillet 
  • 0.5 cup sun tomato vinaigrette dressing dried kraft

Directions

  1. Immerse plank in water, topping with a weight to keep it submerged. Soak 4 hours.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat.
  3. Mix dressing, parsley and tomatoes; set aside.
  4. Brush plank with oil; top with fish.
  5. Place plank on grill grate.
  6. Grill 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with dressing mixture after 10 min.
