Ingredients

  • 19 oz cheese-filled tortellini frozen
  • 13 oz skinned and boned chicken breasts 
  • servings garnish: parmesan cheese grated
  • oz pesto refrigerated reduced-fat
  • tablespoon herb seasoning italian freshly ground
  • large tomatoes seeded chopped
  • small zucchini cut in half lengthwise ( 1 1/4 lb.)

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 300 to 350 (medium) heat.
  2. Sprinkle zucchini and chicken with seasoning.
  3. Grill zucchini and chicken at the same time, covered with grill lid. Grill zucchini 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until tender. Grill chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Remove from grill; let stand 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare tortellini according to package directions.
  6. Coarsely chop chicken and zucchini. Toss tortellini with pesto, tomatoes, chicken, and zucchini.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Garnish, if desired.
