  •  citrus vinaigrette grilled chicken breasts cooked
  • 0.3 cup dry-roasted peanuts chopped
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • bunch green onions chopped
  • 10 oz salad greens mixed washed
  • large bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • 0.5 cup citrus vinaigrette divided
