  • servings sticky rice

Directions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. DO AHEAD Can be made 2 hours ahead.
  2. Let stand at room temperature.
  3. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  4. Add chicken to marinade; toss to coat.
  5. Let marinate at room temperature 15 minutes.
  6. Brush grill with oil. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  7. Wrap grilled chicken with the Sticky Rice in Seasoned Nori Wrappers.
