  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5  bell pepper green finely chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5  onion red finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 20 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless
