Ingredients

  • cups cucumber peeled halved lengthwise thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • cup radishes sliced
  • tablespoons onion red minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 16 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • tablespoons water 
  • tablespoons vinegar white
