  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon lime zest grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black red

  1. Place corn (in husks) in large container; cover with cold water.
  2. Let stand 2 hours.
  3. In small bowl, mix Garlic-Cilantro Butter ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until serving.
  4. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  5. Place corn (in husks) on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender.
  6. Remove husks from corn.
