Ingredients

  • cup rice wild cooked
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing 
  •  portugese rolls split french

Directions

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  2. In large bowl, mix all burger ingredients except rolls. Shape mixture into 6 oval patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Grill patties uncovered over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center and thermometer inserted in center reads 165F.
  4. Add rolls, cut sides down, for last 4 minutes of grilling until toasted.
  5. Serve burgers on rolls. Top with sauce.
