  • medium yukon gold potatoes cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • 1.5 cups baby carrots 
  • ounces green beans 
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin
