  • oz crimini mushrooms quartered
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix mushrooms, garlic, oil and vinegar.
  2. Place mushroom mixture in grill basket (grill "wok").
  3. Place basket on grill over medium heat. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, shaking basket or stirring once or twice, until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 minute longer or until tomatoes are hot.
  5. Pour into serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
