Ingredients

  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • 0.3 teaspoon rosemary dried
  • 0.8 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoon parsley fresh minced
  • ounce pacific halibut filets 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt, oregano, and rosemary; set mixture aside, and keep warm.
  4. Place fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Serve with warm lemon sauce.
