Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup sage leaves fresh
  •  garlic cloves peeled
  • tablespoons grapeseed oil 
  • tablespoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • pound pork tenderloins trimmed
  • tablespoons lemon rind grated
  • 0.3 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.3 cup oregano leaves fresh
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until almost smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Add pork to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade.
  6. Sprinkle pork with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  7. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 25 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink), turning pork after 15 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
