Ingredients

  • Tbsp basil fresh chopped
  • Tbsp oil divided
  • 1.5 cups polly-o parmesan cheese shredded
  •  plum tomatoes sliced
  •  env. seasons dressing mix italian good
  • 1.3 cups water hot (120°F to 130°F)
  • 16 oz roll mix hot
  • 16 oz roll mix hot

Equipment

  • plastic wrap

Directions

  1. Mix roll mix, yeast packet and dressing mix.
  2. Add hot water and 2 Tbsp. of the oil. Stir until soft dough forms and dough pulls away from side of bowl.
  3. Place dough on lightly floured surface; knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Shape dough into 2 (10-inch) rounds. Cover with plastic wrap or towel.
  4. Let rise in warm place 15 minutes.
  5. Place dough rounds on greased grill over medium-low coals. Grill 4 minutes; turn.
  6. Brush with remaining 1 Tbsp. oil. Top with cheese, tomatoes and basil. Grill an additional 4 minutes or until bottom crust is golden brown.
