  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 tablespoons sherry vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine kale, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, and pepper in a large zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag; seal bag, and shake to coat.
  2. Remove kale from bag, and place in a wire grilling basket coated with cooking spray. Prepare grill.
  3. Place grill basket on grill rack, and grill 5 minutes on each side or until kale begins to char around edges.
  4. Place kale in a large bowl.
  5. Combine remaining oil and vinegar; stir well with a wire whisk.
  6. Pour vinegar mixture over kale; toss well.
  7. Serve kale immediately.
