- 3 garlic cloves halved
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons lavender flowers dried
- 4 ounce lamb loin chops trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Place salt and lavender in a spice or coffee grinder; process until ground.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic; cook 2 minutes or until golden.
- Remove garlic from pan; discard.
