  • 0.3 cup apple cider 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cups cherry tomatoes 
  • teaspoon rosemary dried crushed
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • ounce lamb rib chops trimmed
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Place lamb on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer registers 145 (or until desired degree of doneness). Keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add onion; saut 5 minutes or until golden.
  5. Add garlic; saut 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Add apple cider; cook until liquid almost evaporates, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.
  7. Add tomatoes; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  8. Add rosemary and remaining ingredients; cook 1 minute.
  9. Serve with lamb.
