  • tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • tablespoon butter 
  • Dash ground cloves 
  • cup mangos refrigerated sliced cut into desired thickness (from 1 lb 8-oz jar)
  • 1.3 lb ham steak 
  •  lime cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1-quart saucepan, cook brown sugar, butter, cloves and mango over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mango is hot.
  2. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  3. Place ham on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until thoroughly heated.
  4. Spoon mango sauce over ham.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges.
