  • pieces baguette split toasted
  • tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 24 ounce chorizo sausage cut fresh with a fork
  • 12  cilantro sprigs 
  • tablespoon honey 
  •  lemon wedges for serving
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • servings pepper freshly ground
  •  onions red sliced
  • servings salt

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add the onions, season with salt and cook over moderately high heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
