Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter softened
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon marjoram dried
  • tablespoon orange zest grated
  •  pork loin boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat closed medium-size contact grill for 5 minutes. In small bowl, mix parsley, orange peel, garlic and butter; set aside.
  2. Brush oil on pork chops; sprinkle with seasoned salt, marjoram and pepper.
  3. Place pork on grill. Close grill. Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center. To serve, top each pork chop with parsley mixture.
