Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds t-bone steak 
  • cloves garlic cut in half
  • 1.5 tablespoons peppercorns black crushed
  • 0.3 cup butter softened
  • 1.5 tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon juice of lime 
  • serving salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Trim fat on beef steaks to 1/4-inch thickness. Rub garlic on beef. Press peppercorns into beef. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Cover and grill beef 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 10 to 14 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with butter mixture.
