Ingredients

  •  avocado diced peeled
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cups boston lettuce 
  • 1.8 cups cucumber seeded chopped
  • teaspoon olive oil extravirgin
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • small pineapple cored peeled sliced
  • cup onion red chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Pat pineapple dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine sugar and red pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle pineapple evenly with sugar mixture.
  4. Place pineapple on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until golden. Cool completely; chop.
  5. Place pineapple in a large bowl.
