  • teaspoons chipotles in adobo canned chopped
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 0.8 teaspoon lime zest 
  • small mangos peeled chopped
  •  pineapple cored peeled sliced
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.5  onion sweet cut into wedges
