  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup canola oil 
  • cloves garlic minced
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  •  portabello mushrooms

Directions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use.
  2. Place caps on a plate with the gills up.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic and vinegar.
  4. Pour mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let stand for 1 hour.
  5. Grill over hot grill for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
