  • 12 oz beer canned
  • lb bratwurst fresh uncooked
  • tablespoons thousand island dressing 
  •  bratwurst whole wheat split
  • oz swiss cheese shredded
  • cup sauerkraut drained

  2. Add bratwurst; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Drain bratwurst.
