  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 16 ounce chicken cutlets 
  • tablespoon rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • servings salsa 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound to 1/4-inch thickness using a meat mallet or small heavy skillet.
