  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  •  plum tomatoes halved lengthwise
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon shallots minced

Directions

  3. Add tomatoes; toss to coat.
