Ingredients

  • small potatoes - remove skin red unpeeled cut into fourths ( 1 1/2 cups)
  • medium baking potatoes unpeeled cut into 1-inch chunks ( 2 cups)
  • tablespoons butter firm
  • 0.5 teaspoon sage dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped

  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  2. Cut 18x12-inch piece of heavy-duty foil; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place potatoes on foil.
  4. Cut butter into small pieces; sprinkle over potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with sage, paprika and seasoned salt.
  6. Fold foil over potatoes so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again. Allow space on sides for circulation and expansion.
  7. Cover and grill packet over medium heat 40 to 50 minutes, rotating packet 1/2 turn after about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  8. Cut large X across top of packet; fold back foil.
  9. Sprinkle with chives.
