There’s something undeniably satisfying about a simple grilled salmon that still feels special—and this Grilled Salmon with Cilantro Sauce hits that sweet spot perfectly. It’s the kind of dish you can throw together on a busy weeknight yet proudly serve to guests, thanks to its bright flavors and beautiful presentation. With just a handful of ingredients and about 30 minutes from start to finish, it’s a recipe that proves you don’t need complicated techniques to get seriously delicious results.

The star here is a vibrant cilantro and jalapeño butter that melts over tender salmon as it grills, infusing every bite with fresh, zesty flavor and a gentle kick of heat. Old Bay seasoning adds that classic savory touch, making the fish wonderfully aromatic and deeply flavorful without overpowering its natural richness. Even better, this recipe is gluten free and suitable for a low FODMAP approach, so it works beautifully for a crowd with different dietary needs.

It’s rich yet light, indulgent yet wholesome, and pairs effortlessly with simple sides like grilled vegetables, rice, or a crisp salad.
