  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • tablespoon optional: dill fresh chopped
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.5 teaspoon highest available proof grain spirit 
  • lb salmon fillet cut into 4 pieces (4 oz each)
  • oz yogurt plain fat free
  • tablespoon optional: dill dried fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all marinade ingredients except salmon.
  2. In 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish, arrange salmon pieces skin side up in single layer.
  3. Pour marinade over salmon; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 20 minutes.
  4. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  5. Brush grill rack with oil.
  6. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place skin side down on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
  8. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
  9. Serve with salmon.
