Ingredients

  • cups potatoes frozen with onions and peppers (from 24-oz bag)
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • oz processed cheese food shredded
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • grill
  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray 1 (18x18-inch) sheet of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray.
  2. Place potatoes on center of foil.
  3. Drizzle with dressing; mix gently.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese blend.
  5. Bring up 2 sides of foil over potatoes so edges meet. Seal edges, making tight 1/2-inch fold; fold again, allowing space for heat circulation and expansion. Fold other sides to seal.
  6. Place packet on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 20 to 25 minutes, rotating packet occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  7. Place packet on serving platter.
  8. Cut large X across top of packet; carefully fold back foil.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
