  • 0.8 cup mangos pitted peeled
  • 0.7 cup bell pepper red
  • 0.3 cup cucumber english seeded
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh minced
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh minced
  • tablespoons jalapeno minced seeded
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • servings olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup onion red
  • 36 ounce sea bass fillets 
  • 0.5 cup tomatoes seeded
