- 2 teaspoons anise seeds crushed
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil dark
- 1 tablespoon ginger fresh minced
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
- 0.5 teaspoon olive oil
- 0.5 cup onion red thinly sliced
- 0.3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons sesame seed toasted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 24 ounce swordfish steaks ()
- 4 cups watercress trimmed ( 2 bunches)
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons pepper white

Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
- Brush olive oil evenly over steaks. Rub anise seed mixture over both sides of steaks. Prepare grill.
- Place steaks on grill rack; grill 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Set aside.
- Combine the watercress and onion in a large bowl.
- Combine the vinegar and next 6 ingredients (vinegar through black pepper) in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
- Pour over the watercress mixture, and toss gently. Arrange watercress mixture on a platter, and top with steaks.
- Sprinkle the steaks with toasted sesame seeds.
