  •  bell pepper cut into bite-size chunks
  • 0.8 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.8 cup sauce jarred (available at specialty markets)
  •  optional: lemon halved cut into wedges
  •  cranberry-orange relish halved cut into wedges
  • 1.5 teaspoons orange zest finely grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt 
  • pounds shrimp deveined peeled
