Ingredients

  • heads baby bok choy halved lengthwise
  • teaspoons chili paste depending on your taste pref hot (such as sambal oelek)
  • 0.3 cup t brown sugar dark packed ()
  •  nectarines cut into 6 wedges
  • tablespoons peach nectar divided
  • tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  • 16 large shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
  • tablespoons creamy peanut butter 
  • tablespoons soya sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  2. Whiskfirst 5 ingredients and 5 tablespoons nectar until smooth; season sauce with pepper.
  3. Arrange peaches, shrimp, and bok choy on grill.
  4. Brush with 4 tablespoons nectar; brush lightly with 1/4 cup sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill until peaches are slightly charred, shrimp are just opaque in center,and bok choy halves are just tender, about 2 minutes per side for peaches and 3 minutesper side for shrimp and bok choy.
  6. Mound shrimp, bok choy, and peaches on platter.
  7. Drizzle with some sauce.
  8. Serve with remaining sauce.
