  • cup flat parsley coarsely chopped
  • large garlic clove 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • 0.7 cup olive oil 
  • teaspoons oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper dried hot
  • 0.5 pound skirt steak
