Ingredients

  • medium avocado pitted peeled thinly sliced
  • lb beef top sirloin steaks boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder 
  • oz monterrey jack cheese 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic 
  • 0.8 cup salsa thick
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  •  portugese rolls split

Directions

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of beef with seasoned salt, garlic-pepper blend, chili powder and oregano.
  3. Place beef on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 9 minutes, turning once or twice, until desired doneness.
  4. Add buns, cut sides down, for last 4 minutes of grilling or until toasted.
  5. Cut beef crosswise into thin slices.
  6. Spread about 2 tablespoons salsa on bottom of each bun. Top with beef, avocado, cheese and tops of buns.
