  • lb beef sirloin steak boneless
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shaved kraft
  • cup seasons dressing mix italian good divided prepared ( using the less-oil directions on package)
  • 10 oz torn salad greens mixed
  •  tomatoes cut into wedges
  •  baby squash yellow chopped

Directions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  2. Heat grill to medium heat.
  3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 10 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  4. Remove from grill; cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  5. Toss greens with tomatoes, squash and remaining dressing.
  6. Place on platter; top with meat and cheese.
