Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 16 ounce beef tenderloin steaks trimmed
  • 0.8 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary fresh chopped
  • 1  garlic clove minced
  • 1 small bell pepper green halved seeded
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
  • 1 medium onion cut into 1/4-inch rings
  • 1 small bell pepper red halved seeded
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 small bell pepper yellow halved seeded

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Place bell peppers and onion on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Slice bell peppers into 1/4-inchthick strips, and cut onion rings in half.
